Returns

We understand ordering online can be tough especially when purchasing investment pieces. To ensure you’re making the right choice, we have a team of customer service and design specialists ready to answer your questions and help reassure you in your selections.

Always know that we are here to help make your shopping experience seamless. If you have any questions or concerns before you make a purchase, we offer complimentary virtual and private showroom consultations. Our team of experts can assist you with options and provide confirmation before you make a big purchase. We can even help you with styling and suggestions for pieces down the road to elevate your interior space. 

Our return policy lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All returns must have prior authorization and meet return requirements. Any returns received without an issued return authorization number may be ineligible for refund. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. All returns must be returned in original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once assembled and / or installed, the item is no longer eligible for return. Italian Concept is not responsible for the installation of the product.

The following items are ineligible for return:

• Installed or modified
• Customized or made to order
• Shades, bulbs or accessories purchased individually
• Final Sale
• Last Call
• Open Box
• Not in original package including outside box and all packing material

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTICE

Installation of our lighting fixtures requires a licensed electrician. 
Italian Concept disclaims liability for:
* Damage 
* Replacement costs 
* Returns 
resulting from improper installation.

Italian Concept reserves the right to provide replacement parts at our discretion.

If the item is damaged during the return transit, our team will evaluate and refund an appropriate amount based on its condition. A damage fee starting at 25% of the purchase price will apply. Please note if the item is considered unsalvageable, we may not be able to provide any refund. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. 

For freight and ground shipments, once you receive your item, you are responsible for inspecting the item and pointing out any damages you might find. If there is damage, please note any specific impairments on the Proof of Delivery form before signing. If signed without note of damages, Italian  Concept will not be responsible for any damage or imperfections you may find, and will not provide any compensation. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All returns must come back to us in the original packaging. A 30% restocking fee and shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. 

No returns will be accepted without the original packing. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are accepted once approved, send us an email at sales@italianconceptusa.com in order to arrange an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@italianconceptusa.com for details on where to return your items.

Online orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for no charge. Between 24 - 48 hours a 30% restocking fee will be charged. After 48 hours online orders cannot be canceled and are subject to the final sale policy.

 

*Policy on Missing or Damaged Items During Delivery**
Customers are required to notify us within 48 hours of delivery regarding any missing or damaged items. We recommend that customers inform the delivery driver immediately upon noticing any discrepancies, allowing the driver to document these issues on the delivery receipt.

In the case of damaged or missing components, Italian Concept is committed to collaborating with the customer to address these concerns promptly. Please note that this policy excludes any damage resulting from customer actions. It is at the sole discretion of Italian Concept to determine whether a complete replacement is necessary or if replacement parts will adequately resolve the issue.

Additionally, please be aware that Italian Concept does not assume responsibility for any labor costs incurred by the customer, such as fees associated with their contractor or electrician for work performed on the unit. We strive to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and kindly ask our clients to make reasonable requests and consider our terms of agreement prior to completing their purchase.

Cancellation of a Backorder Item

Backordered items can only be cancelled within 3 days of placing the original order. This does not apply to any made to order pieces. Please contact us if you would like to cancel an order. Kindly note, if you cancel your backordered item in order to process a new order at a promotional price, your originally ordered piece will no longer be reserved. It is more than likely that your new order will be fulfilled later than your original order.

Items available for Pre-Order

Please note that pre order items are currently in production and will not ship immediately upon purchase. Each fixture is crafted to order, and lead times vary depending on where production currently stands. Our team will be happy to check the current status of production and provide you with an estimatedshipping timeline. 

FINAL SALE

All final sale items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and excluded from our standard return or exchange policies. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as we can't process cancellations or reversals once the order's placed.
